On the home page there is a tab labeled "Evidence".
Clicking this will bring you to another page which at the bottom has two pictures.
One is a red ghost and one is blue.
Clicking the red ghost will open up the aforementioned gif.
The evidence page is labeled as evidence2.html.
While there is no link for it, there does exist a page evidence1.html if anyone discovers it.
evidence1.html has the same two pictures and clicking the red ghost will also bring one to the aforementioned gif.
